Back of House Engineer

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

At Four Seasons, excellence is found behind the scenes as much as it is in front of our guests. Our Engineering team plays a vital role in ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly, safely, and to the highest standards at all times. Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a skilled and reliable Back of House Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for a technically capable individual who takes pride in maintaining essential systems and supporting the smooth operation of a luxury hotel environment.

The role

As a Back of House Engineer, you will focus on the maintenance and operation of key plant and equipment across the hotel’s back of house areas. You will ensure systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with Four Seasons standards, supporting both the practical operation of the hotel and the comfort of our guests. This is a hands on role requiring technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider Engineering team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
