BaxterStorey is looking to employ a Hotels Receptionist to support locations in Abingdon and Didcot.

Job Description
Reporting to the Reception Supervisor and General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day duties on the desks at either Ridgeway House Hotel or Cosener’s House Hotel, ensuring a great guest experience from check-in to departure and excellent communication regarding hotel queries.
- Previous hotel reception experience is beneficial but not mandatory—full on-the-job training provided.
- This is a 5 over 7 role, meaning you will be required to work weekends and evenings in rotation with other receptionists.
- Travel required: You must be able to commute to either hotel (Abingdon or Didcot) as this role covers both locations.
- Rate of Pay: £13.40 per hour, on a flexible working week depending on trade levels.

The successful candidate must:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable using visitor management systems
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks under constantly changing circumstances
