Ready to take ownership of a portfolio of established brands and shape their future?

As our House Brand Strategy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering the marketing strategy for our exclusive house brands across both our retail and wholesale businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns, influence senior stakeholders, manage one direct report and make a real commercial impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction of our house brands, creating and delivering innovative marketing plans that drive brand growth, customer engagement and commercial success.
  • Take ownership of major brand initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to deliver exciting projects that strengthen our market position.
  • Manage and optimise a significant marketing budget, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results while giving you real ownership over investment decisions.
  • Inspire and develop your team, providing leadership and guidance while collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver shared goals.
  • Use data, market insights and customer feedback to identify opportunities, shape future strategy and ensure our brands remain competitive in a fast-moving market.
