About the Role
Are you organised, caring, and committed to helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for babies, families, and staff? We are looking for a dedicated Neonatal Housekeeper to join our Neonatal Unit and support the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
This is an important support role within the Neonatal Unit. You will help coordinate patient facilities services, including cleaning, catering, and general housekeeping duties, ensuring the environment is well maintained and meets the needs of babies, families, and the wider clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Nurse in Charge and the wider neonatal team to monitor standards, report any concerns or deficiencies, and support actions required to maintain a high-quality environment.
- Help ensure stock, supplies, and equipment are available and well organized to support safe and efficient care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a care or healthcare environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Good organisational, IT, and time management skills.
- A positive and flexible approach to supporting a busy and developing neonatal service.
