Job Title
HOUSEHOLD INSURANCE BROKER
Location: Bromley
This popular insurance broker rarely recruit as they don’t lose many staff who genuinely enjoy coming to work each day! This opening is due to expansion on their Private clients/ HNW Property team.
Duties would include Household, mid and HNW Insurance. Most of the clients come through recommendation and their ethos is a ‘portfolio’ approach to their requirements so you will be comfortable offering a good service to loyal customers. They have over 90% retention!

The role is very much Monday to Friday, no shift work or weekend work which is becoming increasingly the norm in Personal Lines.
Essential Experience
- 1 year at least experience in personal lines/property Insurance broking or underwriting
- Enthusiastic and willing to work as part of a team
- A good level of literacy

Role And Responsibilities
- New business, renewals and MTA’s
- Quotations using IT platforms
- Claims administration
- Client and insurer facing as well as telephone
Prospects
- Support given for progress towards CII
- Opportunity to train in Commercial insurances

- Client visits
