Position: Housekeeper
Location: One Blackfriars SE1
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0700 - 1600
Salary: £26,450 per annum
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details
This role will be based at a luxury development looking down on the River Thames, consisting of 274 residential apartments. The site benefits from several amenities including a resident’s spa, underground car park and 24-hour concierge service.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As a Housekeeper at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
Experienced in painting and decorating to a high standard, ensuring excellent finishes throughout the development Skilled in carrying out a wide range of general maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, repairing fixtures, and assembling shelving units Customer-focused, engaging positively with residents and visitors while delivering a high level of service Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries. A supportive team player who builds strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
