What to expect in this role Our housekeeping team helps our residents feel like they are at home and the contribution made by these teams is never undervalued. They are not kept at a distance; they play a key front of house role – interacting with relatives, residents, and other staff on a daily basis. Their dedication to delivering excellence; diligence; a sense of pride and attention to detail ensures the highest levels of comfort and safety for our residents in all areas of our homes.

40 hours per week
What we expect of you To promote good working practices and to perform duties competently and in accordance with company policies so ensuring a safe and secure environment for both residents and staff. That any accident is dealt with effectively and that correct reporting procedures are followed. Demonstrate outstanding time management, problem solving, organisational and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and confidence communicating with people at all levels whilst maintaining confidentiality when required. A strong service mindset and flexible can-do approach. Strong judgement and decision-making ability. Have energy, enthusiasm and confidence to take the initiative.
