The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
As Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Get help with your application

- Thoroughly cleaning all areas of guest rooms, such as:
- Vacuuming floors
- Dusting furniture
- Sanitising bathrooms, including:
- Toilets
- Tiles
- Showers
- Sinks
- Stripping, remaking beds with fresh linens, and ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition
- Preparing rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards
- Reporting to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sales
- Notifying the maintenance team of any necessary repairs
- Assisting with vacuuming hallways
- Managing laundry for collection
Paralleling this, you’ll attend regular training sessions and team meetings, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.
Experience & Skills Required
Experience in comparable work is preferred.
Schedule
- 7 days a week business between 0600 to 2300
- Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements, encompassing all opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays
