Housekeeper – Goodwins Hall Care Home
As a Housekeeper at Goodwins Hall Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality environment within the home through exceptional cleaning standards.

Nestled in a quiet area at the bottom of Goodwins Road, our 76-bedroom care home is renowned for its beautiful fountain centrepiece upon entry.

About The Role
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, this position is crucial in delivering the highest service standards for cleaning across the care home. Your efforts will create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both residents and visitors.
Salary: £12.71 per hour Hours: 30 hours per week (rota system, Monday–Sunday) Location: Goodwins Road, King’s Lynn, England, PE30 5PD

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning duties align with the scheduled schedule, maintaining high personal presentation and hygiene standards.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety policies, ensuring infection control and universal precautions are always followed.
- Engage therapeutically with residents—through conversation and relevant activities—respecting individual dignity and communication needs, tailored to their lifestyle and pace.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A passionate, genuinely caring individual who prioritises residents’ needs above all else.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with an attention to detail.
