Pay: £13.08 per hour weekdays & £13.58 per hour weekends
Shift: 9am – 3pm/ 2pm to 8pm - Weekday and alternative Weekends
Location: 44 Church Street, Rickmansworth, WD3 1JE

About the Role
We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our welcoming team at Riverside Lodge Care Home in Rickmansworth. This luxury 75-bed care home offers exceptional residential, dementia, and respite care in elegant surroundings, featuring stylish lounges and dining areas, a hair and beauty salon, cinema, café, spacious en-suite bedrooms, and beautifully landscaped gardens, all in the heart of Rickmansworth.
As a Housekeeper you will maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and have a welcoming, tidy environment, through a compassionate and person-centred approach to supporting resident’s wellbeing.

What You’ll Bring
- You must have relevant experience or be willing to learn the necessary skills.
- A positive, caring, and respectful attitude towards residents.
- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, and infection control.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Help create a homely and caring atmosphere for our residents and ensure the quality of their lives is maximized.
- Provide a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties, i.e., sanitising rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and changing and making beds, with core disposal of waste.
- Provide support with laundry duties including replenishing linen and supplies.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures.
