We are leading the way in specialised Neurocare in our state-of-the-art facilities in all of our four services located in Basingstoke, Farnborough, Southampton and Worcester.
As a Housekeeper at Inspire Neurocare you will help create the warm and homely surroundings that are so important to ensure we can deliver high quality care and support to all our resident's.
You will help to ensure that every room and living space within the Centre is maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe, clean and therapeutic environment for resident's, staff and visitors.
What You Will Be Doing
- To carry out all cleaning duties as directed by the housekeeping team to the required company standards.
- Ensuring all areas of the service are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
- Handling laundry and linen with care and attention including personal items belonging to our resident's.
- Interacting with residents, helping when needed.
- Maintaining housekeeping supplies and reporting any shortages to the manager.

We Are Looking For Housekeeper’s With
- Basic knowledge of Infection Control, Health and Safety regulations and COSHH guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning standards and protocols preferably within a clinical setting or similar.
- Preferably have some experience of working as a Housekeeper or within a Domestic team.
- You should be flexible and solutions focused.
- Be empathetic and have a desire to make a difference to the lives of our resident's.
