Tucked away in the quiet Ermine district just north of Lincoln, Ruckland Court Care Home provides residential and dementia care in a homely and comfortable setting. Led by the Manager, our staff provide 24-hour, personalised care, getting to know each resident to build meaningful relationships—creating a true family environment.

As Housekeeper at Ruckland Court, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional standards in laundry services, including washing, ironing, and immaculate folding of residents’ clothing and bedding.
- Conduct thorough deep-cleaning sessions in residents’ rooms, with no surface left unchecked.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all communal areas to the highest possible standard.
- Engage with residents and their families to ensure their personal care needs are met with dignity and attention.
- Collaborate with other staff to uphold family-like standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
You’ll be a key member of our team, contributing directly to residents’ comfort, health, and happiness.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is proactive, passionate, and eager to create the best environment for our residents.
- Has a friendly, caring, and supportive attitude.
- Is detail-oriented and nothing escapes your eye.
- Can engage well with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Preferably has experience as a cleaner, laundry assistant, or similar role (but not essential).
- Has care sector knowledge (training provided as part of the role).

Requirements
