A successful Housekeeper will be friendly and detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure and exceed guest expectations by responding promptly. As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you’ll:
- Work collaboratively, contributing to a positive and efficient workspace
- Clean rooms to our high standards
- Ensure public areas are clean and welcoming
- Promptly report maintenance issues
- Follow safety guidelines
- Create memorable visits for our guests
- Effectively manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies
