This role is not suitable for under-18s because of lone working. There may be other roles available, including front-of-house and kitchen roles.

The role
At a glance, your role is to clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the aim of enhancing the guests' experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness at all times.
Duties Include
- interacting politely with guests - greeting them, saying 'thank you' and 'goodbye'
- servicing bedrooms and all other areas of the hotel in line with our standard operating procedures
- completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks, as required
- following correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying the manager when more are needed
- storing all laundry correctly and completing relevant documentation
- adhering to stock-control procedures and maintaining security of stock at all times
- reporting any security issues, safety hazards, accidents, incidents and/or maintenance issues to the manager on duty
- completing required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training and contributing to continuous improvement
