Housekeeper - Aberdare Hospital, Wales – Aberdare Hospital
Housekeeper – Rushcliffe Care Group
Pay: £12.74 per hour
Location: Aberdare, Farm Road, Aberdare, Mid Glamorgan, CF44 6LJ
Hours: 20 hours per week Rotation: 09:30 – 14:30 (four days per week) Over seven-day rota basis
About the Role
At Rushcliffe Care Group, you’ll work in a meaningful role where your efforts directly impact the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of others. As a Housekeeper, you’ll maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order across Aberdare Hospital, a 10-bedded locked rehabilitation facility.
Your responsibilities include:
- Cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other hospital spaces according to agreed schedules and infection prevention guidelines.
- Ensuring the environment remains safe, dignified, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Contributing to a team-based, high-standard service.
- Reporting concerns promptly if cleanliness, safety, or standards are compromised.
Rotas are fairly distributed in advance.
