Housekeeper Cleaner
Pinnacle Group is seeking 6 experienced Housekeeper Cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residential communities. You’ll join our Workplace Cleaning Team based in Headingley, Leeds (LS6).
About the Role
Pinnacle Workplace provides tailored facilities management solutions, including cleaning, security, catering, and industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, we support clients across manufacturing, retail, education, and office environments.
You will be responsible for general cleaning and housekeeping tasks, maintaining a welcoming environment for conference delegates staying at Devonshire Halls of Residence.
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, safe spaces. Ideal for someone with a passion for hygiene and excellence.
Temporary project (6–8 weeks), required shifts:
- Primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekends
- Flexible daily schedule: 8 AM – 9 AM start | Finish time: 2 PM – 4 PM (task-dependent)
- 2 days off per week
- Start date: 20th June 2026
- Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities
Daily Service
- Service stay-over rooms:
- Make beds, refresh towels, and tidying rooms
- Ensure bathroom facilities are cleaned and stocked
Check-Outs
- Deep clean and reset rooms after guest departure:
- Strip beds, sanitise bathroom fixtures, dust surfaces
- Poly cleaning as required
Common Areas
- Assist with cleaning and organising:
- Hallways, staircases, lobbies
Key Requirements
✔ Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner ✔ Strong timekeeping and attendance ✔ Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety principles ✔ Honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic ✔ Commitment to premium customer service and professionalism
