Housekeeper – Full-Time Role
At Hatzfeld Care we provide residential care for adults with varying needs, including Asperger’s, schizophrenia, eating disorders, age-related illnesses, or dementia. A person-centred care plan is tailored to each individual’s specific needs.

About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will organise and deliver cleaning services aligning with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and best practices.
Key responsibility: Must live in the UK to apply.

Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing the effectiveness of cleaning implementation and delivery
- Supervise cleaning and laundry services within the home in line with standards
- Implement actions to maintain cleaning standards
- Systematically resolve operational issues arising day-to-day
- Evaluate and ensure competence in cleaning procedures
- Protect the rights of Service Users and safeguard their welfare
- Communicate effectively with Service Users and their visitors
Essential Skills
- Good English (written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain safe and quality service standards
Requirements
Desirable but not essential:
- Previous experience in a similar environment (e.g., healthcare, caregiving)
- Experience as a Housekeeper or in similar roles
- Prior experience supporting individuals with additional support needs

Job Details
- Type: Full-time (24 hours/week, 4 shifts of 6 hours each)
- Salary: £12.88 per hour
- Location: Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, and East Yorkshire (may require travel)
