Responsibilities

Room & Guest Care

  • Clean and prepare rooms to impeccable standards, ensuring romantic comfort, cleanliness, and organisation
  • Maintain public areas (bar, lounge, dining space) in pristine condition—first impressions matter!
  • Promptly report maintenance or cleaning issues to prevent guest disappointment

Stock & Supplies

  • Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room essentials efficiently, ensuring nothing runs low during busy periods
  • Perform regular restocking based on room turnover and guest necesidades

Guest Experience Enablement

  • Work closely with the sales and team teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
  • Check and reset rooms between bookings to maintain consistency and comfort
  • Play an active role in exceeding guest expectations through small, thoughtfully perfection attention to detail

Team & Culture

  • Foster a positive, efficient work environment through teamwork and professionalism
