Responsibilities
Room & Guest Care
- Clean and prepare rooms to impeccable standards, ensuring romantic comfort, cleanliness, and organisation
- Maintain public areas (bar, lounge, dining space) in pristine condition—first impressions matter!
- Promptly report maintenance or cleaning issues to prevent guest disappointment
Stock & Supplies
- Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room essentials efficiently, ensuring nothing runs low during busy periods
- Perform regular restocking based on room turnover and guest necesidades
Guest Experience Enablement
- Work closely with the sales and team teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Check and reset rooms between bookings to maintain consistency and comfort
- Play an active role in exceeding guest expectations through small, thoughtfully perfection attention to detail
Team & Culture
- Foster a positive, efficient work environment through teamwork and professionalism

Requirements

- Physical ability: Prepared to lift and clean—sometimes under timetables (hence our 月率under 21s apply for salary).
