What You'll Do
As a Housekeeper, the clean, healing environment you create will improve the comfort and well-being of our residents, guests, and team. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including:
- Dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas and resident rooms
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in bathrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
- Disposing of trash and waste
- Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from residents and staff
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffing machines, vacuums, etc.

Rate of Pay
Up to USD $17.00 per hour
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications for a Housekeeper:
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols, infection control, fire prevention, and safety measures in long-term care is highly valued but not required (training will be provided)
- A compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
