Housekeeper - Part Time
Housekeeper (Part Time) – Brand New Care Home Opening in September 2026
Location: Southcote Lodge Care Home, Lodge Lane, Nettleham, Lincolnshire Affiliation: Part of the Country Court Family

Hours
15 hours per week (with weekend shifts on a rota basis)

About the Housekeeper Role
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy the highest standards of comfort and dignity. Your responsibilities include:

- Maintaining impeccable cleaning standards across residences with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensuring all resident clothing, bedding, and laundry is meticulously washed, dried, pressed, and folded.
- A thorough, comprehensive cleaning of rooms and shared spaces, focusing on hygiene and cleanliness – no surface left unchecked.
- Preserving a spotless, welcoming, and nurturing environment for residents.

About You
We’re looking for an individual who is:
- Proactive, passionate, and ambitious – someone who drives person-centred care.
- Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail (imperfections are never overlooked).
- Friendly and caring with the ability to form meaningful connections with residents and their families.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or a similar care-related role (desired, but not mandatory).
- Well-versed in care sector standards or eager to learn.
