Housekeeper
Location: Upperton Road, Leicester Salary: £20,982
Hours & Schedule
- Average of 30 hours per week
- Working 5 days out of 7
- Shift timings: 8am to 8pm
About the Role
At Student Roost, we believe that student living is about more than just a room—it's about feeling at home. As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in our onsite property team, ensuring our residents feel welcomed and our living spaces maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, exceptional customer service
- Ensuring attention to detail in cleaning communal and resident living spaces
- Complying with CoSHH regulations
- Managing stock levels effectively
- Taking initiative to deliver a first-class cleaning service

- Familiarity with process adherence and an awareness of Health & Safety priorities
- Resilient—able to stay calm under pressure, especially during peak periods
- Solutions-oriented, with the ability to use initiative when needed
