About the Role: A family in London is seeking an experienced Housekeeper for an ultra-high-end household. The property spans 1,200 m² across 4 floors and includes a SPA, pool, sauna, hammam, and gym. We are looking for a professional with a proven “silent service” approach and exceptional attention to detail. Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in private UHNW households with a proven “silent service” approach. Strong professional housekeeping skills; knowledge of care for premium materials. Confident with household equipment (humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, cleaning systems, basic apps/timers). Laundry expertise, including delicate items and high-value wardrobe care. Clear, concise communication; basic English proficiency is required for safety and coordination. Excellent time management, precision, discretion and organisation. Right to work in the UK is essential. Duties: Premium Housekeeping & Presentation Maintain exceptional cleanliness across all 4 floors: reception rooms, SPA/pool/sauna/hammam, gym, 5 bedrooms, studies and family areas. Daily and weekly cleaning cycles, including specialist care for stone, solid wood, metals, leather and high-end finishes. Deep cleaning during family absence, including steam disinfection, linen inventory, organisation and detailed labelling. Climate, Air Quality & Technical Oversight Ensure comfortable ambience: temperature, humidity, air quality, lighting. Monitor sensors (temperature, humidity, PM/CO₂ where applicable). Maintain humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers and extraction systems; clean filters, descale tanks and run devices in agreed modes. Support correct thermostat/AC settings; log and report any faults. Laundry & Wardrobe Care Full laundry cycle: sorting, delicate washes, gentle drying, steaming/ironing. Care for children’s clothing, luxury fabrics and labelled sets. Track dry-clean items and ensure timely returns. Evening Turndown Service Within the agreed 17:00–20:00 window: air rooms, set soft lighting, restore order. Prepare bedrooms (beds, pyjamas/throws, water, blinds, scent check). Prepare bathrooms (fresh towels, replenished amenities, spotless mirrors and surfaces). Household Coordination & Communication Work within established checklists and logs; report daily task status, issues and climate readings. Escalate incidents immediately to the House Manager, with photos when required. Coordinate schedules with chef, gardener and technicians to avoid overlap. Follow strict confidentiality (NDA), privacy protocols and “do-not-disturb” rules. Parcels, Couriers & Returns Receive, check and record packages; document any damage. Prepare returns/exchanges, arrange courier pick-ups and track shipments. Storage, Supplies & Inventory Maintain impeccably organised storage rooms with labelled containers and FIFO system. Weekly/monthly inventory of linens and consumables; reorder at threshold levels. Photo-confirm deliveries and maintain tidy stock areas. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: €3,500 – €4,000 per month Gross Schedule: Working patterns: floating 5/2 Typical start around 08:00; flexible finish depending on household needs
