Housekeeping Assistant

Hours: Zero Hours Contract

Location: West Midlands Safari Park

West Midlands Safari Park are currently recruiting for the position of Housekeeping Assistant.

The Housekeeping Assistant role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our onsite luxury Safari Lodge Accommodation. This varied role is essential for delivering an amazing guest experience and will include a range of physical cleaning and stock management tasks.


About the Role

We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail who understand the importance of creating an unforgettable first impression.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining exemplary cleaning standards across high-quality safari lodge accommodation
  • Performing a range of physical and administrative duties
  • Ensuring all areas meet set deadlines without compromising quality
  • Working in harmony with a dynamic team
  • May periodically interact with guests (prospective or existing)

Requirements

Qualities & Skills

  • Experience in cleaning to a high standard in professional environments
  • Ability to work reliably and independently to deadlines
  • Self-motivated approach with pride in meticulous work
  • A friendly, professional, and neat appearance to engage gentlemanly with all team members and visitors
