Salary: up to £12.71 per hour

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you play a vital role in delivering that experience. Your work ensures our bedrooms and guest areas are cared for with precision, discretion and pride, reflecting the luxury standards and attention to detail that Champneys is known for.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working to high standards, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of creating peaceful, welcoming spaces.

Your Role Will Include

  • Servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to exceptional Champneys standards, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and comfort
  • Preparing rooms so they feel calm, inviting and ready for guests to relax from the moment they arrive
  • Maintaining tidy corridors and working areas, ensuring guest privacy and discretion at all times
  • Keeping housekeeping trolleys and stock rooms well organised and fully stocked
  • Reporting maintenance issues, damage or stock shortages promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Working respectfully and quietly within guest accommodation, recognising that guests are here to rest and unwind
  • Responding politely and professionally to guest requests in line with company procedures
  • Supporting wider housekeeping and laundry duties when required
  • Attending team meetings and training, with a willingness to continually improve standards and skills
  • Health, safety and professionalism:
    • Following all health, safety and fire procedures at all times
    • Using cleaning products and equipment responsibly and in line with COSHH guidance
    • Maintaining high standards of personal presentation, punctuality and conduct
    • Working with discretion and confidentiality in all guest areas
