Housekeeping Assistant
Location: New Court, Lansdown Road, Cheltenham, GL50 2JG
Salary: £12.71 per hour Contract: 35 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Providing a high-quality cleaning service in a luxury residential environment, including:
- Cleaning communal areas and apartment laundry services
- Ensuring high standards of cleaning maintenance
- Safety responsibilities:
- Identifying and reporting any hazards or faults to maintain a safe environment
- Organising on-site stores and performing inventory checks of cleaning equipment
- Delivering excellent customer service:
- Ensuring the utmost professionalism in interaction with residents
- Adapting to fluctuating priorities with efficiency and self-initiation
- Assisting with any additional tasks as required by the operational needs of the community

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably within a hotel or residential setting
- The ability to work independently and adapt to fast-changing demands
- Strong decision-making and task prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service skills with clear, professional communication
- Willingness and ability to collaborate within a close-knit team environment
