Housekeeping Assistant
Housekeeping Assistant – Full-Time (37.5 Hours)
The Role

In this role, you’ll handle:
- Deep cleaning across all hospital areas, including wards, clinics, theatres, and offices
- Ensuring infection control regulations are followed
- Managing your workload independently while supporting the team
Training and support will be provided, including on infection control and COSHH policies.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or similar healthcare support role
- Strong customer service skills (this role is patient-facing)
- A positive, proactive attitude and ability to adapt quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Self-management to prioritise and organise daily tasks efficiently
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of COSHH, infection control, and cleaning standards
- Experience with hospital or clinical environments
