Housekeeping Attendant Position
The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection
About the Role
The Housekeeping Attendant role is integral to maintaining exceptional performance at The Grand Hotel Leicester by the Unlimited Collection. This position reports to the Housekeeping Manager and is dedicated to serving guests with excellence, ensuring a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Adherence to Health & Safety & SOP compliance
- Uphold all control measures and protocols set by the Housekeeping Operations Director (HOD) at all times
- Proactive Task Management
- Prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently manage time and resources
- Deep Cleaning & Project Support
- Assist with deep cleaning projects as required
- Guest Experience Execution
- Perform turndown duties to enhance guest experience
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work cohesively with other departments to deliver exceptional service quality
