Job Description Housekeeping Attendant – 32 Hours per Week You are at the heart of the hotel. As a Housekeeping Attendant at ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. Your work will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable, welcoming and memorable stay. What’s in it for you Fixed 32 hours per week Hourly pay of up to £13.00 Employee discounts A supportive team environment within a recognised hotel brand What you will be doing Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas in line with brand standards Replenish linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies Respond to guest requests in a prompt, polite and professional manner Take responsibility for guest privacy and belongings at all times Report maintenance issues, damages or lost property to supervisors Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding and linen distribution Qualifications and skills High attention to detail with pride in delivering excellent cleanliness standards Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Physical ability to stand, move, bend and lift throughout shifts Two years’ previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming Excellent organizational skills and time management Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
