Location: Alton Towers Resort
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join us at Alton Towers Resort, the UK’s only attraction dedicated to celebrating and making Britain happy!
The housekeeping team play a vital role in ensuring that:
- All public areas of the hotels remain spotless and welcoming
- All 694 bedrooms are immaculate for guests’ arrival
- Linen management is seamless, guaranteeing a fresh stay for every guest
This is a physically demanding and fast-paced role. While full training will be provided, you’ll need to thrive in a busy environment with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Working Hours: Your primary schedule would be 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, but weekday availability (9:30 AM - 2:30 PM) may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in all guest-facing areas
- Handle heavy lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Organise, move, and stock linen efficiently
- Keep all bedrooms spotless to a high standard
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Qualifications & Experience
While a background in hotel housekeeping or cleaning is advantageous, we welcome candidates of all levels who:
- Have a positive attitude towards training and learning
- Possess a keen eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
- Are comfortable with the physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, standing)
- Hold a work permit (UK residents only)

Compensation: £8.00–£12.71 per hour (depending on shifts and experience)
