• Wage: Up to £13.86 per hour (35 hours per week)
• Contract: Permanent position – no zero-hour contracts

What You’ll Do

• Lead a housekeeping team across our Premier Inn London Orpington, ensuring:
  • Rooms and public areas conform to Premier Inn’s high-quality standards
  • Efficient, consistent service delivery
  • Mentorship and training to develop team talent
• Responsible for Beds – Operations, F&B liaison (clearly communicated here) and supplies assets
• Deploying your management skills alongside practical knowledge towards maintaining and consistently improving guest experience.
• Support and guide trainees and junior staff to nurture our team.
• Ensure adherence to legal & safety regulations, including health & hygiene, couldn’t be more important.
