We’re looking to recruit a Housekeeping Supervisor to play a pivotal role in shaping the Staycity guest journey, ensuring our properties meet—and exceed—the company’s high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service.

Requirements & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record of 2+ years in the hotel or hospitality industry, with prior experience in housekeeping
  • An exceptional attention to detail, combined with strong self-organisational skills
  • Team leadership experience, including mentoring, guiding, and inspiring colleagues across teams
  • A commitment to upholding high standards of presentation and hygiene

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be a blend of leadership, execution, and operational support:

  • Compliance & Leadership:

    • Assist in implementing and upholding Housekeeping SOPs, ensuring full adherence.
    • Oversee daily operations, including room cleaning, maintenance of public areas, and property upkeep.
  • Quality Control:

    • Consistently meet—and exceed—health, safety, and aesthetic benchmarks through rigorous room inspections.
  • Team Dynamics:

    • Lead, train, and motivate the Housekeeping team to foster collaboration and performance.

Applicants will balance management duties (including covering shifts, inspections, and administrative tasks) with hands-on cleaning and maintenance.
