- Hourly rate: £14.50 per hour

The Role
We’re currently hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to play a key role in shaping the Staycity guest journey.

Requirements
To be successful, we’d like you to have:
- A proven track record of 2+ years in the hotel or hospitality industry, specifically in housekeeping
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong self-organisation skills
- Proficiency in team management, including guiding and inspiring colleagues
Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your role will include:
Operational Excellence
- Work alongside the Housekeeping team to implement and uphold housekeeping SOPs, ensuring strict compliance
- Ensure the property maintains its presentation and hygiene standards, consistently achieving the company’s high-quality benchmarks
- inspect all rooms and handle general housekeeping duties as needed

- Role includes:
- Covering management days off
- Room cleaning
- Maintaining public areas
- Carrying out general upkeep of facilities
- Blended responsibilities, combining cleaning apartments and room inspection
Leadership & Training
- Lead, train, and motivate your team to build a cohesive, high-performing housekeeping department
