We are looking for a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect from a luxury countryside escape. Our accommodation is wonderfully varied, ranging from elegant Manor House rooms to eco-friendly lodges and spacious self-catering cottages. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to connect guests with the natural surroundings while delivering comfort and style. In this role, you’ll ensure every guest arrival feels special — whether it’s a lodge with a private hot tub overlooking the valley or a cosy cottage prepared for a family break. Your attention to detail and pride in presentation will play a key part in creating those all-important first impressions.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A positive, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across departments

Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed checks across all accommodation types to ensure they meet our high standards
- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of the housekeeping team, including task allocation and priorities
- Helping maintain smooth operations across a diverse and busy resort environment
- Monitoring stock levels of housekeeping supplies and ensuring everything is well organised
- Working closely with Reception, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready on time
- Reporting and following up on maintenance issues to keep accommodation in top condition
- Preparing for guest arrivals, including special requests, to deliver a seamless experience
