The Person
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with:
- Extensive experience in housekeeping leadership
- A passion for luxury standards
- Highly organised, calm and confident in managing daily operations
- Strong people-management skills who can motivate and develop teams
- Detail-driven with a strong focus on quality and performance
- Flexible and adaptable to meet operational demands

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Supervise housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead and support Room Attendants, Linen, and Public Area teams
Service & Quality Assurance
- Drive productivity, engagement, and service excellence
- Uphold health, safety, security, and brand standards
Team Development
- Support team development and succession planning
Operational Management
- Plan and allocate daily resources to meet service demands
- Monitor quality, productivity, and departmental performance
- Coach team members during peak operational periods
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
- Ensure compliance with systems, procedures, and sustainability practices
