Behind the bar, you will find extensive drinks ranging from fairtrade coffee to wines, local beers and ales, and cocktails. Requirements

• Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Desire to work as part of a team
• Very high standards and impeccable eye for detail
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
• Preference for management experience

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of housekeeping equipment
• Management of linen and guest supplies
• Ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard
• Training and developing the housekeeping team
• Ensuring every little detail is picked up and all extra touches are completed
