Housekeeping Supervisor – Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre
Key Details
- Hours: 30 hours per week (across 5 days)
- Salary: £14.10 per hour
- Location: Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre
About the Role
Atlas Hotels is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for our Holiday Inn Express Leeds City Centre hotel.
Whilst experience in hotel housekeeping is helpful, it is not essential. Our friendly, enthusiastic, and guest-focused teams are happy to provide full training. This role offers:

Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Cleanliness
- Deliver a high-standard cleaning experience to ensure guests are consistently satisfied
- Monitor and supervise Housekeeping Assistants (where required) in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
- Ensure public and private areas meet cleanliness, hygiene and Atlas standards
Team Leadership
- Communicate daily tasks and priorities to Housekeeping Assistants (as directed by the Head Housekeeper)

Issue Resolution & Performance
- Report room/property issues to relevant teams (e.g., Maintenance)
- Train and support Housekeeping Assistants through coaching and performance management
- Use service recovery principles to effectively manage guest complaints
