About the Role
At the Crieff Hydro family of hotels, we offer a range of accommodation—including 57 self-catering lodges—designed to deliver guests their ideal home-away-from-home experience.
As our Self-Catering Supervisor, your focus will be on upholding impeccable standards:
- Checking and approving lodges before guest arrivals.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping team.
- Ensuring every detail measures up—from pristine kitchens and spotless bathrooms to flawlessly made beds and thoughtful touches that exceed expectations.

Note: Are unable to provide staff accommodation for this role. Two positions are available—either a 16-hour or 30-hour weekly contract, based on individual and business needs.
What We Need From You
- Previous experience in housekeeping or accommodation supervision, ideally in self-catering or hotel environments.
- A keen eye for detail to guarantee five-star standards in every lodge.
- Ability to inspect, approve, and provide detailed feedback to housekeeping teams, ensuring consistency across 57 lodges.
- Proactive and efficient with daily checklists and deadlines.
- Friendly and approachable—ability to engage with guests during stays.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle last-minute changes, upgrades, or guest requests.
