A Day in the Life of a Housekeeper
Responsibilities
Your role ensures every guest experience feels comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free:
- Maintain spotless guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
- Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with meticulous attention to detail
- Change linen, make beds, and restock towels for a refreshed feel
- Replenish in-room amenities (toiletries, tea/coffee etc.)
- Quickly report maintenance issues or missing items
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Include special requests (extra beds, extra amenities) to delight guests
- Collaborate closely with front desk & maintenance teams for seamless operations
