A Day in the Life of a Housekeeper

Responsibilities

Your role ensures every guest experience feels comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free:

  • Maintain spotless guest rooms, corridors, and public areas
  • Thoroughly clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with meticulous attention to detail
  • Change linen, make beds, and restock towels for a refreshed feel
  • Replenish in-room amenities (toiletries, tea/coffee etc.)
  • Quickly report maintenance issues or missing items
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Include special requests (extra beds, extra amenities) to delight guests
  • Collaborate closely with front desk & maintenance teams for seamless operations
