What You’ll Do
- Coordinate housekeeping activity, planning, and distributing room-cleaning assignments
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after they’ve been cleaned, to ensure the highest standards are being met
- Identify and report any maintenance issues and missing or damaged property
- Respond to guest and Front Desk requests
- Run reports on arrivals, departures, and vacant ready rooms
- Monitor linen and terry inventory to ensure sufficient stock
- Monitor and order guest room amenities and cleaning products
