The Opportunity

As Housekeeping Supervisor at our Dornoch home, you will play a vital role in ensuring our care environment remains safe, clean, and residing. You will lead the housekeeping team while supporting the wellbeing of both residents and staff through a positive, proactive approach.


Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver cleaning schedules consistently.
  • Support and develop Housekeeping Assistants through day-to-day guidance and tailored training.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a residential care setting.
  • Demonstrable confidence in leading and supporting a small team.

Skills & Attributes

  • Knowledge of infection control and safe cleaning practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude.
  • Caring and enthusiastic nature, with a genuine respect for older people.
