Housekeeping Team Member

Housekeeping Team Member – Holiday Inn London, Regent’s Park

The Opportunity

As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a critical role in creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Your work ensures their stay is relaxing and memorable, maintaining the high standards our visitors expect.

This role involves cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas while working efficiently and professionally within set timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest bedrooms and public areas to agreed company standards
  • Follow cleaning and presentation protocols for rooms and public spaces
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues or breakages promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness in linen storage areas, cupboards and workspaces
  • Return all cleaning equipment to designated storerooms at shift end
  • Adhere to hygiene, health & safety guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and reliability
