Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Team Member, your primary focus will be on maintaining a premier hotel standard by:
- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure guest satisfaction
- Changing linens, towels, and ensuring rooms are neat and tidy
- Keeping surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures sparkling and fresh
- Adhering to stringent quality and hygiene standards
- Assisting with floor maintenance, waste removal, and restocking amenities
- Collaborating with the Housekeeping Manager and team to meet turnaround times
Requirements & Duties
- No prior experience necessary—training will be fully provided.
- Motivation, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Willingness to follow health & safety guidelines strictly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills to assist colleagues and guests.
