Overview
Join our dedicated housekeeping team at Park Holidays UK, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help create unforgettable guest experiences every day. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of holiday homes and communal areas, as well as assisting with laundry duties.
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organised.
- Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing of linen and towels to ensure they are clean and ready for guest use.
- Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately, following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
- Keep track of cleaning and laundry supplies, reporting any shortages or issues to management to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping and cleaning staff to prioritise tasks and ensure that all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner.

- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently within the designated working hours.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and laundry duties.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning and laundry practices.
- Willingness to work on the specified days (Monday and Friday) and adapt to varying tasks as needed.
