We’re recruiting for a Housekeeper to join our team at Premier Inn Berwick-upon-Tweed!

About the Role

Join a close-knit, friendly housekeeping team dedicated to providing immaculate and welcoming hotel rooms for our guests. Your role will involve maintaining high hygiene standards across bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure our guests have an incredibly comfortable stay.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will centre around ensuring rooms are spotting clean, welcoming, and ready for guests. This includes:

  • Clearing away and changing bedsheets
  • Clearing tables, setting up tea/coffee facilities, and replenishing amenities
  • Sanitising bathrooms, mirrors, and surfaces
  • Tidying public areas (hallways, lobby, swimmings pools/if featured)
  • Completing dawn duties to ensure seamless guest arrivals
  • Responding to rooms service requests with efficiency

You’ll work in a collaborative team within the housekeeping department, liaising closely with front desk and engineering teams.
