We’re seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to join Wilde, a dynamic and rapidly expanding aparthotel operator shaping the future of hospitality across Europe—from London & Berlin to Edinburgh, Lisbon, and Vienna.

As part of the Housekeeping Team, your core responsibilities include:
- Maintaining strict SOPs: Uphold consistent and high-quality Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning and guest satisfaction.
- Inspections & room care: Ensure all rooms and areas meet the company’s rigorous hygiene standards—clean, welcoming, and well-presented.
- Sustainability commitment: Align with Wilde’s environmental and social sustainability criteria (part of the Staycity Group suite of policies, including Green Key certification).
- Brand pride: Be the ultimate Wilde ambassador—embody the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a dash of flair. Guests shouldn’t just notice Wilde, they should recognise you as part of our warm, welcome culture.
