Housekeeping Team Member (4 Weeks, £12.71/hour, 16 Hours Per Week)

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard, ensuring everything is spotless and organised.
- Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and ironing of linen and towels, preparing them for guest use.
- Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor cleaning and laundry supplies, reporting shortages or supply issues to management to maintain adequate stock.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and cleaning staff to prioritise tasks efficiently, ensuring timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest requests or concerns professionally and courteously.

Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently during working hours.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a team environment.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning and laundry duties.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in cleaning and laundry settings.
- Willingness to work Mondays and Fridays while being adaptable to varying tasks as required.
