Role Overview
The Turndown Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring every guest at Louma Country Hotel enjoys an atmosphere of comfort, tranquillity and understated luxury.
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and an instinctive eye for detail, someone who notices the little things, whether it’s adjusting a curtain, smoothing linens to perfection, or ensuring a room feels calm and welcoming for the evening.
Through thoughtful touches and meticulous presentation, you will help transform each stay into a truly memorable experience.

This is a part-time position, working up to 16 hours per week, primarily during evening shifts.
What You'll Do...
- Deliver exceptional evening turndown service across guest rooms and accommodation spaces.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail at all times.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures, schedules and service standards.
- Use cleaning products, materials and equipment safely and effectively in line with COSHH and hotel procedures (training provided).
- Remove waste and recycling and dispose of appropriately according to operational schedules.
- Manage linen replacement and collection, following all housekeeping and laundry procedures.
- Support the wider team with room preparation, furniture movement and set-up where required.
- Assist colleagues and departments across the estate to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Housekeeping leadership team.

What We're Looking For...
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering immaculate presentation.
- Reliable transport to the property (no public transport access to site).
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a supportive team member.
- Professional, respectful and courteous when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
