Housing and Partnership Manager

Salary: £32,581.71 per annum
Location: Kidlington, Erdington House

This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy

The Vacancy

  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday normally within business hours of 9am - 5pm but with flexible working hours if required

Within the role of Housing and Partnership Manager you will provide high quality housing services and lead on all aspects of managing the scheme, enabling residents to live well with dignity and autonomy.

You will lead and manage all aspects of property management and housing services within the Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, well-maintained properties that support residents' independence and comply with the housing consumer standards.

The role also involves building effective relationships with third-party care providers to ensure care services align with resident needs and organisational standards.

The essential requirements for the role include:

  • Proven experience in housing or property management
  • Strong understanding of health and safety and RoSH regulations and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and third-party providers
  • Experience managing teams, with a focus on employee development and performance.
  • Strong organisational skills, including budget and resource management
  • Knowledge of tenancy management processes and housing management systems
  • Experience implementing and embedding organisational changes
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions with third-party service providers
  • A good level of digital skills and experience, including the use of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, MS Teams)
  • Willing to work towards Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management Apprenticeship / CIH Level 4 (if not held)
