Citizens Advice Bromley, part of the national Citizens Advice network, is a thriving local advice organisation that provides information, advice and casework support to over 15,000 local people per year.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Housing Caseworker. Working with network partners you will assist in delivering crisis prevention support across the South East Region.

You Will Have

  • A minimum of 2 year’ experience of housing advice casework through paid or voluntary experience
  • Experience of completing detailed forms
  • Ability to manage a caseload and assess the merits in clients cases as well as identifying and pursue solutions
