Associate / Senior Associate - Social Housing (Housing Management)

Birmingham | 3+ PQE | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits

Looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the future of a growing team?

If you're a Social Housing lawyer looking for more responsibility, greater client exposure and a clear route for career progression, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

I'm working with a leading national law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Birmingham office. As part of this expansion, they're looking to appoint an Associate or Senior Associate to join their established Social Housing team.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative practice advising Registered Providers on a broad range of housing management matters while playing an important role in the continued growth of the Birmingham offering.

Whether you're already operating at Senior Associate level or looking to take that next step, you'll be given the platform to build your profile, strengthen client relationships and progress your career within a supportive and ambitious team.

The Opportunity

You'll work alongside experienced specialists on a varied caseload of Housing Management matters, advising Registered Providers across a range of contentious and advisory work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
